Along with have lactating foods,more water and fluids for hydration and increasing milk supply.
Milk, Diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema (ground meat), garlic milk having these foods in diet will improve milk supply.
