I m feeding mother can i hve avarekalu in my diet

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, you can have avarekalu in your diet. You can have all types of seasonal vegetables and green leafy vegetables. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.

A. Hello good morning ! Yes you can have beans in your diet Unless until you don't have any allergic reaction to it. Along with have lactating foods,more water and fluids for hydration and increasing milk supply. Milk, Diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema (ground meat), garlic milk having these foods in diet will improve milk supply.
