I'm facing lowbreast milk supply while my 4 month old is throwing up Enfamil what is the best alternative for me to switch to if I want to opt for formula as a backup supplement

Aptmil is also a good one but the current brand that you are using for your child is one of the best ones they could be a possibility that the amount of milk that you are giving or the heaviness in the unable to digest so what I am going to suggest you is that reduce down the amount of powder that you add into the water suppose you are giving 60 ML just for example so instead of giving to full scoops. So make it one and a half right so I think that is going to be helpful try this first
