I'm facing hair fall continuously after 2nd delivery....I'm so sad..any solution to reduce my hair fall

You really need to focus upon a balance nutrition that apart from that you can have omega-3 and Iron supplements also you can make onion coconut oil at home to use three times in the week otherwise you can just apply onion juice into your car keep it for Max half an hour and this do it three times in the week at least
