Q.
I’m facing constipation issue from very long time since I was pregnant and even now I’m planning to take udarkalp churan is it safe for breast feeding

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. I have constipation issue since 2 years and I was on udar kalp churan but during pregnancy I stopped my doctor gave me alternatives but now again I’m facing same issue so planning to get back on udar kalp

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. I don’t think so it’s a problem but since you must be on all of the medications also so better to check with your doctor if your doctor advises you to take it then nothing like it and if they don’t then they will suggest you an alternative to that
