I m exclusively on breastfeeding now I m in the situation I m having a lot of pain in my nipples unbearable pain wen my baby is sucking it please tell me how can I cure it I m unable to breastfeed my baby is there any thing which can help me to get out of this pain please

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, As nipples are quite senstive in nature , and now in lot of use , it is normal to get the pain apply some warm ghee or coconut oil, avoid wearing bra when ever possible massage after every feed. you may try to use nipple shield
