You can walk daily half an hour.
Do aerobic exercise, cycling,
Perform resistance training,
Yoga, Suryanamaskaar,
Pranayam.

Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Do tummy exercises to tighten the skin and muscles around tummy. Good luck and take care.
