Q.

I m diagnosed with pcod . I didn't get my period for 2.5 months and the last period was unusually less . Before that everything was normal. How much time does it take to develop pcod ? Can it be fully cured? I am 35 and planning a baby next year.

A. you try to lose weight. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. proper medicine and treatment will help follow your gynaecologist. you can take homeopathy medicine for same.. discuss you are planning for baby the doctor will guide accordingly.. take care..
