I'm delivered on 12 with normal delivery... I got stiches.. today my stiches got open... what should I do.. the stich is near the anus

A. Then immediately visit your gynaecologist if it has open she’ll tell me what is to be done because this I cannot tell you what is to be done because it is an early time for the stage to break or open up that’s not good for you so please immediately visit your gynaecologist for further assistance
