I'm breastfeeding mother. my hair falling too much. what would you suggest to control or stop of hair fall. can I take body wise hair health gummies while I'm breastfeeding my baby?

Yes you can take them apart from that also going to recommend you to have good proteins and iron in your diet and start applying hair fall oil under the brand of nat habit and also it is going to be good if you use shampoo and conditioner under the brand you just look for it it’s an Ayurvedic brand and totally natural
