I'm breastfeeding mom can I have coffee once a day does it effect baby sleep pattern

No it will not affect baby sleeping habits. Mostly doctors recommend to avoid taking while being a breastfeeding mother but if you are taking in very less want ready then yes you can take it once in a day. Just add for some new test but don’t add it more.
