I'm breastfeeding but my baby pooping after every feed in green colour...

make sure you are giving only breastfeed to the child..
feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
give colicaid drops thrice a day.
if feed comes very fast then try feeding in lying position

Hero mom passing green colour motion is very normal this can be because of the diet of the mother this can be because of the intake of some multivitamins like Iron as well this can be because of the milk of the mother also but if the motion is not loose and watery and running then there is nothing to worry about if it is then that was your child is suffering from the stomach infection in that case you need to consult with doctor
