ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi you are mother of 4 months old now to help stool passage take plenty of fluids and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet avoid maida and fatty foods.also try indian type of toilet than WC or use a stool below feet while using WC

Consult with your doctor in person as it may cause piles
Take a good care
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food more water fibre rich diet
