Q.

I'm blessed twin baby boys now they turn 6th month now I start solid food can I give full of boiled apple and full of cooked carrot

A. yes can give steamed apple.. u may also give boiled n mashed carrot puree. give snall amount of semi solids onxe a day, n gradually increase the amount.
