I'm been told for deep cleaning because of inflammation but scare that teeth shall loosen up. is it right go ahead with it?

A. please follow the directions of the doctor as per advice. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
