I'm a nursing mother, can I take fytika Vita 365 which is supposed to be a multivitamin?

You can take it but I would say 1st to check with your gynaecologist because on the basis of deficiency the supplements should be taken mostly say that you can take Iron calcium and multivitamin that is completely fine you want but if you want to go for any particular particular supplement check with the doctor 1st
