I’m a Mother of three months 13 days old baby. Suddenly my milk production has been reduced due to which my baby Is not getting enough milk and I am giving her formula milk twice a day. What should I do to increase Breast milk?

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day when you are breastfeeding your baby
