i m a mother of 3m old baby boy .he is underweight when he is born. how can he gain weight? pls suggest me.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy way to gain weight for your 3 months old baby. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
