I'm a mother of 20 months old baby.nd still breastfeed. .can I take ostocalcium tablet? please help me

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello do npt take qny medicine without checking your doctor and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as it woukd be safe

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to take any food supplements and vitamins after the doctor evaluation and prescription being a breastfeeding mother. Also can have Makhane on daily basis as these are a rich source of calcium.
