I'm a mother of 10 months old baby boy and 5 years girl.My girl child is suffering from fever from past 10 days Now 10 months old boy got infected with fever and also cold from past 2 days am using paracetamol of 1.5 ml for every 6 hours/when fever is observed how long will it be and temperature is around 103 degrees.

A. for pain and fever you can give paracetamol to the child which can be repeated after 6 hours and higher medicines like Ibuprofen needs to be given only after medical consultation with the doctor
