Maam You delivered four years back so why are you having all these fears now because initially mothers can be scared about all these things when they give birth but as of now I think you are just scared because of the pandemic and that is why you are having all these negative thoughts please consult a psychologist go for a counselling it will really help calming you down and start meditating at home
