Q.

I m a mom of 7 month old. should I take calcium supplements as long as I breastfeed or is it not necessary and stop taking it?

A. it's actually not needed now you just need to have proper diet and take an adequate water to maintain good health no need of any supplementary is advised after 6 months after delivery
