Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually it is quite natural after delivery be gained lot of weight it takes a little bit of time don't do anything for once slowly you have to start because it completely depends on our body nature also to do something it shouldn't harm our body after delivery so just start off with slow exercises right now then you can continue doing with gym workout once you feel comfortable
