Q.
I’m a breastfeeding mother to a 14 months old boy. From past few days I’m feeling pain in my nipples and there are small while heads appearing on the nipples. What can be the reason for pain.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom it could be due to number of reasons , such as infection, or also as the baby is growing they at times tend to pressure more while taking the feed,
other is clean your nipples with a soft wet cloth after every feed.
you may also apply some warm ghee, or coconut oil after feeding or even in certain intervals.
if still their isn't much change you may get it examined.
