I'm a breastfeeding mother to 2 months old baby. My daughter has gas problem, sometimes she has problem in passing gas, so she cries. What food I should avoid that can cause gas problem to my daughter??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give proper burp and after every feed take him or her on shoulder for 10-15 mins.tummy massage or applying gentle pressure to the baby’s belly, massaging the baby’s belly in gentle circular motions to help work out gas
