I m a breastfeeding mother of 6months baby I m feeling itching in throat and running nose what do I medicate myself please lemme know soon

A. Hello dear parent! Try taking steam inhalation and turmeric milk. Take a teaspoon of honey mixed with a pinch of pepper powder. Gargling should help. Consult your doctor for a personal opinion and advise. Good luck and take care
