Q.
I m 8 weeks pregnant and when I will get 11th weeks pregnant I have to travel by bus ..it is safe??

Hi Mom Yes you can Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take a good care Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge etc
