I m 8 months pregnant,Dr gave me Alamin m fort,my fetal weigh was 1kg at 29 wks,ll it increase my foetal weight?I my self taking falsafe d for DHA ,ll it cause any harm to baby?

A. dear Mum supplements as prescribed by the doctor will be helpful but do not take any supplement without consulting with the doctor discuss about your doubts and concern with the doctor
