I m 70 weight of 34yrs old lady with 1 boy of 3.7yrs n a girl of 6yrs....plz guide me how to lose weight from my bzz schedule...

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully and also exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Have an active lifestyle. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
