I’m 7 weeks pregnant now and getting severe Vomitings. Unable to eat or drink anything whatever I eat is coming out. Please let me the knows reasons for this and also please give me solution

A. it is very common for having vomiting particularly in first trimester of pregnancy ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
