i m 7 weeks a d 2days pregnant today morning I saw very tiny 2 blood clots but no bleeding before and after that

A. Early pregnancy you should check with your doctor because any kind of bleeding or spotting wouldn’t be considered even the discharge should not be seen during this time so it’s better to take an assistance with your doctor regarding that
