Q.

I'm 5 months pregnant with the second baby and this time I'm not gaining weight. In my first pregnancy of a boy I gained 20kg of weight. what could be the reason for not gaining weight in 2nd pregnancy?

A. You can gate about eight kgs of weight during pregnancy. It is not compulsory that you have to gain 20 KG’s. Also make sure that you take high-protein diet on a daily basis.
