I'm 4th month pregnant..why I'm getting seviour low back pain even I can't turn side while lying on bed..

A. better consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area
