Q.
I'm 40 weeks pregnant and today is my due date. Is it better to induce labour today or wait till I get pains naturally? what is the success rate of inducing labor? I had a normal delivery 8 years back with natural pains 3 days past due date. but my doctor advised to get induced this time on EDD.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes get pain inducted. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
