Q.
I'm 39 weeks 4 days pregnant. I've done my membrane sweep by my doctor today. she told that my baby is not in down position. should I expect my delivery in 2 days?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. can occur. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child

Mostly the labour should trigger within 48 hours and if it does not and if there is any issue then you may have to go for a C-section because sometimes doctors do not wait for more than 40 weeks so let’s see how it goes mostly it should be there in 48 hours
