Q.

I'm 35 week and 1 day pregnant my D-dimer is continue increased at my 4th month I'm covid positive ...after that my D-dimer are is still increased daily I'm taking heparin injection and ecosprin tab..because of D-dimer in my delivery is any problem created..plz give me opinion what I do now..my Dr. said you have to deliver in ICU and don't wait for normal delivery..

A. continuous increasing d-dimer mostly increases the risk factor for cardiac tissue so it would be better to follow with your doctor and get delivered as soon as possible with cesarean so that you and your baby both may remain in healthy state
