I'm 34 week pregnant, can I eat Dates

A. yes, dates are safe, have well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrate. tc.

A. hello...yea you can a few only...You should take healthy pregnancy diet which include lots of fruits and vegetables, particularly during a woman's second and third trimesters...other eg.dairy products,the consumption of dairy products is very important. ... . Daal. Sweet potatoes.Eggs ,are considered as superfoods by many as they are a great source of vitamins, proteins and minerals. Broccoli and dark, leafy greens. Lean meat and proteins...orange juice
