I m 33 yrs old. I m mother of 2 kids. one is 6 yrs old & other is 6 m old. 1 month back I got hit in my leg knee heavily in wooden door. it was paining for 3 days. but i didnt do any medication as am super busy. then there was no pain. so i thought it got fine. but after 20 days the real pain started. Now it's paining a lot. whenever I use my knee like for sitting down, for restroom etc. even if I stretch my leg my knee & the backside of knee is heavily paining. will there be something to worry? any ointment can help?
