I'm 32 weeks pregnant my hb is 10.4 is it ok .... what diet should I follow for more hb in blood

A. Hello mam , you can take green leafy vegetables , beans , broccoli , dry fruits such as raisins , apricots , dates etc , legumes such as chana , rajma etc , organs meats like liver if preferred
