I'm 30 weeks pregnant and AFI is 20 is there any problem with polyhyromnios? I have my sugar levels in normal.range..how can I overcome from this any suggestions

In such case you should consult with your gynaecologist only because your doctor can only guide you well after checking you and baby. Till the time take only prescribe medicines don’t take anything till it is not a prescribed by Dr. You just have to follow the instructions given by your gynaecologist.
