Mild pain is common during pregnancy and you can just take adequate rest for some time which will help relieve the complaints if in case you have more of pain and continuous , then you should immediately consult with your doctor once for proper examination

You should not take medicines without consulting the doctor if your doctor has advised you ever that this is a safer medicine to be consumed during pregnancy then you can take it otherwise you may check with your gynaecologist before you take any medicine
