I'm 3 months pregnant my stomach hurts and feel light pain after eating food

could be due to mild acidity which can occur during pregnancy
have small frequent meals
avoid spicy foods if you are not able to tolerate it

Mild stomach pain in early pregnancy (during the first 12 weeks) is caused by your womb expanding, the ligaments stretching as your bump grows, constipation or trapped wind.
