I'm 29 years old causes of vagina dryness? itching in vagina and painful sex causes? and remedies?

A. This happens when you are dehydrated and you don't drink enough water and which causes infection in intimate area and which causes dryness and itching so dri ks lots and lots of water and along with that maintain hygeine and use vwash to clean your intimate area.
