ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear mom yes you can but occasionally😊 eat a well balanced meals with good proteins in each meal add a variety of vegetables in diet eat fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Be physically active as much as possible. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
