I am 29 weeks 6 days pregnant and my legs are swollen. What food should I eat? When should I start exercising? Tell me, mom.

A. hi mom legs swollen could be due to pregnancy check your blood pressure once with doctor when you shall visit next time have good proteins in diet during the entire course of pregnancy.
