But is you are well build the it is fine. Do not worry much.
Just eat good and healthy diet. Eat green leafy vegetables more and focus on fruits.
Avoid maida as much as possible.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello Weight gain during pregnancy is normal but if gaining too mu h also then also is a problem and just make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well-balanced food in the diet which should be good for both you and the growth of your baby aswell and avoid junk foods
