Q.
I'm 22 week pregnant with my 2nd baby and is 35 years old. In NT scan it is categorized as low risk however in anomaly scan it is mentioned isolated intracardiac hyperechoic focus in left ventricle. is there anything to worry? any other test is required?

Mostly in maximum cases it gets reduced as the baby grows
you just need to have regular follow up about this with your doctor and have proper treatment if needful
