I m 15 week pregnant , can i eat puffed rice. Pls help

A. yes, you can eat puff rice it's safe.. One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals.

A. good evening yes you can have but only in a limited quantity because otherwise it can cause problem of bloating and other issues so it is advisable not to have it in too much of quantity
