I'm 10 weeks pregnant now from yesterday I have mild cold and running nose and throat pain..I asked my family doctor he advised me to take dolo 650 and priton syrup..he said it will not harm the baby? is it advisable to take these?

A. Dolo 650 can be used during pregnancy if the doctor recommends. Yet, it should be used for a short duration in low doses and should not be used too frequently by pregnant women.
