Q.

I m 1 mnth postpartum nd iron supplements are not suiting me is there any other alternative for iron tablets or are there any tablets with less power so that they can suit me? Bcuz i m having iron deficiency.

A. can take after food. also alternative take plenty of food rich in iron You will get more information for your query with your family doctor. You may meet your dr in person for proper guidance . It is important to remain in contact with your doctor.
